Availability provides support for you to create multiple availability schedules, which are pre-defined sets of times that you are available.
For example: I could have a 9-5 Monday to Friday schedule called 'Work', and a 'Personal' schedule with 7-10pm Monday to Friday and 9am-10pm on weekends
To manage your availability, head to the Availability tab within Here you will be presented with a list of your created availability schedules. By default, there will be one schedule named Working Hours. You can modify the default schedule, and create more to suit your needs.
You will have to nominate a default availability schedule, which is the schedule that will be offered on all event types. You can choose a different availability schedule from the default on a per event type basis by using the Availability setting within the Event Types edit screen.
To edit an availability schedule, simply click on it, and you will be presented with a list of days, where you can set availability blocks. You can add more blocks to offer multiple blocks of times.

On the right hand side of the screen, you will see the options to set the schedule as your default, change the timezone of that schedule (if you offer different times when travelling) and the ability to launch the troubleshooter, which breaks down when your day starts and ends, and what times are showing as blocked to from your calendar.
